High-risk activity products sold by SFP include equipment used in extreme sporting activities such as snowmobiling, off-roading, automobile racing, etc. Participation in these activities is associated with a high degree of risk. You participate in this activity at your own risk. By purchasing, using or authorizing the use of SFP, you understand and agree that the activities are high-risk activities and, to the extent permitted by law, YOU EXPRESSLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME THE RISK OF DEATH OR OTHER INJURY SUBJECT TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN SUCH ACTIVITIES, WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER FAULT OF SFP, including, but not limited to, malfunction of the equipment however caused, or any other fault of
SFP. You further agree to indemnify, defend and hold SFP harmless from any third party claims arising from such activities.
Modification of the vehicle through the use or misuse of SFP products may cause the vehicle to malfunction resulting in serious risk. Risks include, but are not limited to, damage to the vehicle, serious physical injury, disability and/or death. You are responsible for any modifications you make to your vehicle or someone else's vehicle using SFP products. SFP is not responsible and will not be liable for any modifications made to vehicles through the use or misuse of its product, even if the modifications include, but are not limited to, bypassing or eliminating a safety feature, installing parts that violate the vehicle manufacturer's regulations and safety standards, and/or improper installation and adjustment.
As stated above in the warranty provisions, SFP's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of its products that are returned within the specified time period. In no event shall SFP's liability exceed the value of the selling price of the product(s) sold. In no event shall SFP be liable for any damages whatsoever resulting from or related to the use or misuse of any of its products.
The use and misuse of products sold by SFP involve serious risks, including personal injury, disability and death. Purchasers assume all risks.
Products must be inspected before use to ensure that they have not been damaged during shipment. If damaged, do not use and have repaired immediately. Products should also be inspected for damage before each use. If there are any signs of damage, stop use immediately and have the product repaired or replaced by a certified technician.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold SFP and our parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, subcontractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use or the documents they reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Severability
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Use is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Use. Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provision.
Entire agreement
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Continuous improvement
We are always striving to improve our products to provide more value to the consumer. The products you receive may not be exactly as depicted in the images and/or descriptions on this site. SFP reserves the right to update or modify a product or its options, as it sees fit, at any time and without notice.
Processing time and shipping conditions
Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Normal processing times (for in-stock items) are 1-3 business days, but may take longer due to order volume and product inventory. Once your package leaves our facilities, there is literally nothing we can do once it is picked up by the delivery company. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the shipping company regarding delays.
Please note that this policy does not cover stolen packages. Stolen packages are the sole responsibility of the customer, who agrees to hold SFP harmless.
Insurance Claims: If a package requires an insurance claim, SFP will not return the package until the insurance claim has been approved and paid.
The "normal" shipping time in Canada is 6 to 10 days, but varies considerably. We only accept responsibility for your order while it is on our premises (SFP headquarters). Once your package leaves our possession, it is literally out of our hands, and there is nothing we can do at this point.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card details), this information is encrypted and transmitted to us securely. You can verify this by looking for a padlock icon in the address bar and searching for "https" at the beginning of the web page address.
Although we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) have access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
Product warranties
All SFP parts, or items sold by SFP, carry no warranty unless clearly expressed on this page. All warranties received from any other source are invalid and will not be honored. All products/items not listed are not covered by a warranty of any kind. SFP's terms/conditions supersede this page and should be consulted in case of conflict.
The warranty will be void on all parts used for competition. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation and/or deliberate destruction of parts. Carefully follow all installation instructions and use all parts within their design parameters. Intentional damage to SFP parts will immediately void your warranty. Failure to follow all SFP written instructions will void the warranty.
Returns
SFP only accepts returns on parts purchased directly from SFP. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of order. Used, installed or damaged parts cannot be returned; only new parts, as received from SFP, can be returned. Customers should email SFP for return instructions. SFP does not cover return shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the customer. In addition, the cost of shipping the order to the customer will not be refunded. Refunds for parts received in new condition will be processed within 7 days, in most cases. If we have questions after receiving the returned parts, the return will not be processed until the customer has responded to SFP's inquiries. Product can only be returned for store credit, no cash refunds will be given.
