Refund policy

Returns

SFP only accepts returns on parts purchased directly from SFP. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of order. Used, installed or damaged parts cannot be returned; only new parts, as received from SFP, can be returned. Customers should email SFP for return instructions. SFP does not cover return shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the customer. In addition, the cost of shipping the order to the customer will not be refunded. Refunds for parts received in new condition will be processed within 7 days, in most cases. If we have questions after receiving the returned parts, the return will not be processed until the customer has responded to SFP's inquiries. Product can only be returned for store credit, no cash refunds will be given.
